Brian was the third plumber we called to fix our tankless water heater everyone else wanted to put a new unit in which didn’t seem right seeing how the unit was only 3 years old come to find out bugs had made a home in the vent and wouldn’t fire properly thank you Brian for being trustworthy and fixing the problem not just installing something new
